After completing a purchase and receiving confirmation from the payment processor, this company unexpectedly requested more personal data than necessary for 'fraud control'. When I provided the required information, including my ID details, the support team accused me of falsifying my ID and demanded to see a photo of it. Despite showing them their own requirements, they remained unhelpful and hostile, having already accessed the funds, which forced me to request a refund (currently pending). EDIT: After acknowledging my refund, they marked the order as complete and took the funds, invalidating my accepted refund request! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS! Additionally, their Discord support option has no English-speaking channels, only Turkish. Check other reviews; this company offers games for fake positive feedback! STAY AWAY!

Despite providing a screenshot of their own requirements, they remained unhelpful and hostile, having already accessed the transaction funds, which forced me to request a refund (still pending). EDIT: After confirming my refund request, they marked the order as complete and took the funds, invalidating my previously accepted refund request! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS! Initially, I encountered fake reviews. When purchasing a key, they offered free AAA-keys for positive reviews on another site. After writing the review, I received nothing. Many people are experiencing similar issues on their Discord, which is unresponsive and unprofessional. I will not change this review until I receive a satisfactory response. After several days, I received an email stating that the free key was only for a specific month. They eventually sent me a key that had already been used, and later I received another key. While I appreciate the key, it took a month and many emails to resolve. Not the best customer experience.
