I ordered something and immediately wished to cancel the order. However, when I tried doing so I learned that it was Etam didn't allow for orders to be cancelled, even before it has been shipped. This was made worse by the fact that I was unable to get in touch with anyone. Their only customer support service was an AI chatbox, which was incredibly frustrating since I know I would have been able to cancel the order if I had gotten someone on the phone. By cutting back on expenses and customer service support, Etam delivers the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not recommend anyone to get anything shipped through them.
