I have sent a return to their return address over a month ago. Since then the return has not been processed and customer service asks me to now call their warehouses directly to localize my return. For 3 weeks they did not even contact their very own warehouse.
Absolutely outrageous.

I recently purchased a Valentine’s bodysuit (garter style) and a soft homewear set from Etam.After only one delicate wash, the bodysuit fabric snagged everywhere and started damaging itself. The homewear set sheds excessively — fibres stick to the bed, sheets and other clothes.Considering the price point, this level of quality is unacceptable. These items are not cheap, and I expected significantly better durability from a brand like Etam.Very disappointed with the overall quality control.
I ordered various items at Etam during the sales, they never arrived. The transporter claims that the order was delivered at the pick up shop which is not true, I never received the email and went multiple times to the pick up and it wasn't there. Etam said the order was returned to them and just decided unilaterally to reimburse me even though I asked multiple times to get my order even if it took a bit more time. If I order these items again I won't be able to get them at the price I found them during the sales. It's a bit of a scam and I spent a lot of energy on back and forth emails with Etam with absolutely no results.
Bad, terrible delivery and customer service system! I ordered from their online store on December 26th. They said it would take 5 to 9 working days. It's now January 12th and I haven't received anything. They don't answer, the customer service phone provided doesn’t work and theist delivery company doesn’t answer either. I'm trying to get a refund but it seems to be extremely complicated. I’m never buying from them again.
