I had an MOT done at a local garage. After waiting for over 2 hours and being charged twice (£90?!), my car was left with a broken clutch pedal. When I asked about it, I was told it was a pre-existing issue, which it definitely was not. I drove my car to the garage without any problems, yet the staff had to show me how to get home since it wouldn’t go into gear. It's hard to believe they could claim it was an existing problem while needing to assist me because this had never happened before. Their professionalism was severely lacking, and they did not take responsibility for the damage they caused. One staff member even had the audacity to say he would “take a look at the clutch pedal” when I returned. I will never go back to this place. Stay away from this garage.
