I had an MOT completed at a local garage. After waiting over 2 hours and being charged twice (£90?!), my car was left with a broken clutch pedal. When I inquired about the issue, I was told it was a pre-existing problem (which it definitely was not). I drove my car to the garage without any issues, yet the staff had to assist me in getting my car home as it wouldn’t go into gear. It’s baffling how they could claim it was an existing problem while having to help me because this was not an issue I had faced before. The level of professionalism was lacking, and they failed to take responsibility for the damage they caused. One staff member even had the nerve to say he would “check the clutch pedal” when I returned. I can confidently say I will never return to this place. Avoid this garage.

It's hard to believe they could claim it was an existing problem while needing to assist me because this had never happened before. Their professionalism was severely lacking, and they did not take responsibility for the damage they caused. One staff member even had the audacity to say he would “take a look at the clutch pedal” when I returned. I will never go back to this place. Stay away from this garage.
I booked an appointment online for tyres that were advertised on the website, but upon arrival, they didn't have the tyres in stock. I was rebooked for later that day, but they still didn’t have the tyres. They tried to sell me cheap tyres unsuitable for the local weather. Terrible service; I won't use them again.
I visited the Worcester branch today for an issue with tracking on my vehicle. The staff were polite, courteous, and helpful both on the phone and in person. The tracking issue was resolved, and I’m back on the road with confidence. Many thanks to everyone!
I was very impressed with the service and MOT from the local garage yesterday. The cost for the service was very competitive. The staff were excellent, especially the MOT technician, who explained everything clearly. I will definitely use this service again.
Upon arriving at the Cornwall branch with a slow puncture, I was immediately attended to and asked to pull my vehicle into an inspection bay. The technician, whose name I didn’t catch, was with me right away, quickly removed the wheel, found the leak, showed me the small piece of metal that had pierced the tread, repaired it, and refitted the tyre in no time. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Very polite and courteous staff; I can't recommend them highly enough.
