Despite this, I am still expected to pay an additional €100 every month as a fixed fee for the maintenance of a system that frequently underperforms or malfunctions.This pricing structure clearly demonstrates how far your policy is from being customer-oriented. The fact that a customer is forced to accept high unavoidable fixed fees regardless of actual usage is neither reasonable nor fair.For your information, two of my neighbors have already decided to move out of the building solely because of these costs. Personally, when searching for a new apartment, we now have only one condition: that Eteck services are not involved.Wish you good luck.
