Mixed feelings: Excellent setup, inconsistent service.

I have mixed feelings. The setup is fantastic, but the performance is unreliable. They modified their billing/payment process, and now every month I pay my bill only to have my service cut off for non-payment. It's typically fixed within a day or two, but this time, my messages have gone unanswered. They received my payment, yet I have no service.
