The products are fantastic with great designs for imaginative play, but what really stands out is their attention to detail. When our daughter noticed a couple of missing items in her Horse Advent Calendar, I quickly contacted customer service, and they surprised her with a horse gift instead. It's rare to see businesses show such care for their customers, but they truly demonstrated kindness and thoughtfulness, prioritizing our daughter's happiness. We can't recommend them enough. We purchased a playset for our son, and it has been a frustrating experience due to a poorly printed manual that is hard to read, parts that seem low quality and difficult to assemble, and an overall unstable structure. This is not what we expected from the brand. I would return it if it hadn’t been unpacked.
The quality of the figures has noticeably decreased over the years, and the prices have risen too high for such quality. The paint appears cheap, the plastic looks subpar, and some models lack realism (like those fluorescent dinosaurs?). Some figures resemble toys you might find in a low-cost farm animal set from a discount store. It’s no longer worth it.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I requested an address update, but they refused even though my order hadn’t shipped yet. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, but they wouldn't do that either. Once you place an order, you are stuck. Terrible customer service.
I want to express my gratitude this morning. Two employees were instrumental in helping me when the package I ordered for my daughter for Christmas was lost. After many calls, these two kind individuals ensured my daughter wouldn’t be disappointed on Christmas morning. They truly went above and beyond. Thanks to them, my daughter's wishes will be under the tree come Christmas morning.
I was placing an online order for nearly $200, which included a promotional bundle for a Harry Potter set. Everything worked until the discount suddenly disappeared from my cart. After over an hour of phone and chat support with no resolution, they didn’t believe me unless I provided screenshots. Even then, they claimed it wasn’t working on their end and couldn’t fulfill my order. What a terrible experience and a waste of time. I recommend avoiding this company and sticking to more reliable options.
