DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE ETERNAL MUSE. Honestly I am disgusted. My daughter used her birthday money to buy the jumbo roller, spray and comb which totalled £53.89 (a lot for what it is but it’s what she wanted) we received the item and immediately realised the wrong one was ordered, it was the normal size not the jumbo. Within seconds of opening it I packaged it back up ready to post back to them, they explained it would be easier to return and for me to reorder instead of exchange. In the mean time I ordered the correct size (another £25.46…now almost £80 of her birthday money) a week later I get an email stating the item was marked and they will not be refunding and it will then cost me again to have the item shipped back out to me. They sent photos of the marks we supposedly caused as they say the item is used…The item was looked at for seconds and then put back in the box, so any marks were caused by yourselves not me!! Honestly I am disgusted by their shoddy customer service and would not recommend in the slightest. Not to mention the item is absolutely nothing special and like any other cheaper heat less curler. I just wish I’d of realised this sooner
