Medium result. I have been using the kitsch ones so far and they were better. I like the eternal muse ones better in terms of design and flexibility (it feels like they are going to last longer) and they are sodft without a wire . But the wire is to keep them straight. Sometimes they dont get braided straight because of the lack of a wire.
PS. the courier brought my package squized, almost broken. I contacted eternal muse about it and they offered to replace just the box. I explained that its not about the box. Its the fact that i paid for something that came in this condition, let alone squized. Got no reply after that. Companies should reaally pay attention to the couriers. We pay to get broken stuff..
After trying countless hair curlers, I finally found Eternal Muse jumbo size curler that work for my long, thick hair. These are by far the most comfortable I’ve used and super soft for frizzy hair. Packaging was so pretty also.The customer service was amazing. They were incredibly kind and responded so quickly to my questions.
Do not bother buying at Eternal Muse, as their customer service is non-existent. I bought my daughter the bun bons and the mist for more than £50. She has very beautiful long thick hair, very easy to style. She put them on one night, with the mist, and the next morning, results were 0: even her trick putting socks on works better. She was very disappointed and although I sent 3 emails to their customer services to see what solution they would offer (exchange or return), they would not hear anything and stood behind a hygiene policy they have (which seems to be mentioned in the FaQ, which no one reads). I was as well informed that the bun bons were not doing as many curls as their other products: why isn’t that mention on the product description? All in all, that’s a waste of time and money. Better keep on buying on brands we know and trust, as they can provide with a solution if you wish to return the product.

I am so happy with the quality of the products ordered from Eternal Muse. I ordered the Bun Bons and Midi sized heartless curler. They are soft, comfortable, pretty, and make beautiful curls. The packaging was equally beautiful and such a nice touch.. My package was lost temporarily during the delivery. Jenna and the team at Eternal Muse offered exceptional customer service. They were responsiveness, kind and so helpful in resolving the issue. I will definitely order from Eternal Muse again. I want to try all their products now and will recommend to friends and family. I had a delivery problem - nothing to do with eternal muse, however, their customer service was absolutely spot on, very quick at responding. Sorted my problem very quickly. I already have a few of their products & love ordering from this site! Will absolutely continue to order from them!
It is true that these are the softest heartless curlers you will ever get. I got the midi size. I am a side sleeper who turns all night and not once have they been uncomfortable. They are SO soft they feel like part of your pillow !I got the comb and spray as well and my curls will last days.Side note: their customer service was fantastic ! I ordered the wrong colour by mistake, popped an email to ask if it could be altered, but it was for next day delivery. I thought it would be unlikely, it’s only colour at the end of the dayI had the nicest response the following day, saying they’d amended the order, shipped it and the whole experience was great
Eternal Muse team is amazing, I am yet to try their product but the team has been such a delight. My pacKage was lost in- transit and I was nervous since it was coming from a different continent so after paying for customs and what not, it was still MIA. Then I reached out to Eternal Muse team and rest assured, they not only provided me with the tracking number and constant monitoring but also offered to look further into it by taking matters in their own hands. I am excited to try their product but what a great customer service experience.
