I’d give no stars if I could. The costumer service from the team working there is absolutely shocking! Sent a email to let them know a product I had bought broke after 3months, I was left with nothing for 2 weeks then to get a response being told to be patient as “I’ve only been in the office an hour” so bloody rude and wouldn’t buy another thing from them! Was then told to email a different company regarding my problem and again no response! If you can’t communicate with people/costumers in an appropriate respectful manner you should consider if that’s the job you should be in!
