I would not recommend this product at all, the owner is not a nice person, who told me that maybe I should read the description because I wasted my money and that’s my fault, even though there is no mention it wouldn’t work if you hair is dark blonde, my hair is yellow, and according to him it’s suppose to take the yellow out, lies waste of money and he is not true to his word. And then when I asked on Facebook he blocked me. Unprofessional business

Extremely unprofessional conduct from the business owner.
A reasonable comment on social media was met with personal insults and being told to “leave.” The owner then incorrectly stated I was not a customer, which I was.
This interaction alone was enough to ensure I won’t return. Publicly belittling people instead of addressing feedback professionally reflects very poorly on the business.
I would not recommend supporting a brand that behaves this way.

Would give negative stars if I could.

I’d give no stars if I could. The costumer service from the team working there is absolutely shocking! Sent a email to let them know a product I had bought broke after 3months, I was left with nothing for 2 weeks then to get a response being told to be patient as “I’ve only been in the office an hour” so bloody rude and wouldn’t buy another thing from them! Was then told to email a different company regarding my problem and again no response! If you can’t communicate with people/costumers in an appropriate respectful manner you should consider if that’s the job you should be in!

Ethan Thomas customer service is woeful

I sent an email regarding a genuine question about a dilemma I had with possibly purchasing the wrong product online. Who ever is answering emails / customer non service are the most uneducated unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with I know why they’re just in customer service behind a computer they would never be anything else These people are destroying Ethan Thomas brand

If I could give them less stars I would. After spending many hundreds of dollars with Ethan Thomas I'm really disappointed with the service and arrogance of this company. The website has been down for weeks, Google & Facebook reviews are not available. Hoping to warn others before they waste their money with this company.

Ethan Thomas employees stalk and harass people when they don't like hearing how bad their service is

Do the owners of Ethan Thomas know they have employees literally stalking people via fb and emails? Wow is all I have. Whoever they are maybe they shouldn't be such a whimp threatening people, they're not doing the company any justice. Dam right disgusting.
