I seriously can't believe the low standard of customer service by this company. Whoever is dealing with social media and email communication is over the top rude. If you want good recommendations from customers this is an issue that needs to be addressed straight away. Just telling me to 'Get over it' and blocking me is down right rude. Reviews have a lot of impact on a business and acting like this towards customers will dig your own grave. I will never buy one of your products and be certainly telling all I know not to either.
