After trying to report an accident for 3 hours, everything failed, internet cant put in country or insurance companiy, make an appointment: you get offered a time slot 4 days ago, LOL, calling the help line, no answer, I actually made an effort to look for reviews and stumbled across this page... rating of 1.4 hahaha, no surprise.how can this company still be in business?edit 29/02/2024after an initial 1-star review, i have to correct myself. after the initial hickups, the process went smooth. it's not finished, yet, but i'm quite happy with ethias's performance
