Worst service ever - answers take 5 to 6 working days on the smallest request even urgent ; no possibility to have somebody with a viable comment / answer on the phone ; they do not communicate via email most of times (when you suffer from another administrative issue like the one of bpost - enjoy ! )
Takes 6 days to get a clear view on the status of our profile and no clear answers on insurance policy .
Far too confident on their deals with public administrations ; they really seem not to care about the level of service they provide - which in the end is linked to our health … worrying no ?

The worst insurance ever. If I could put -5 stars i would! The car is insured with them. The car was parked and destroyed but a big truck driving against the rules in the wrong way. A witness saw the full scene and called the police with photos and videos. I spent 4h with the police waiting for the truck to come back and still our insurance doesn't want to pay and defend us and treat us badly. This is insane and we will now put lawyers to look into corruption if there is. Stay really away from them as they are stealing your money.

I had an accident with my bike that is insured with Ethias. I submitted the bill for the repair on 20 September 2024 indicating the dossier number SA1028831624. But until 18 December 2024, I did not receive a reimbursement and, despite several reminders, not even any reply. Hands off Ethias if you want an insurance that gives any response to your queries.
