I gave them the full shipping address for my order but they didn't use the full shipping address. This lead to the international mail being returned to overseas since they ignored FedEx's emails. Now, they refuse to reship the package even though it was their mistake. Do not buy. Edit: Just look at their reply. Clearly they didn't even read/understand my review. It had nothing to do with holiday season delays, it was because you didn't print my full address....
