Received only part of my order and poor customer service.

I only received half of what I paid for. I contacted the support team three times, but it was challenging to communicate. Eventually, they submitted the paperwork to complete the order, but then canceled it the following day. Very disappointing experience, and the customer support was lacking. I wouldn't recommend this service.

Update 12/23: Notification of Out-of-Stock Items

Update 12/23: I just received an email indicating that some of my items are out of stock. I placed my order on December 1st, and the notice stated it would take 3-7 business days to process and ship. Now, on December 23, 2025, my order has yet to arrive. I reached out via email and text multiple times, and finally, on December 16, I received a message stating my package was packed and waiting for the carrier, along with a note that my concern was "escalated" for prioritization. However, on December 18, I got another email saying my order is still processing, which contradicts their previous claim that it was packed and ready. Despite my repeated messages, there has been no response. Today is December 23, and I still don't have my items valued at over $200. This isn't the first time I've faced shipping and processing issues with this service.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

I will never order from this service again. I've been trying to reach someone for three days. I purchased six men's underwear—one I chose and five mystery. They sent me five pairs of the same color. With Christmas just three days away, I'm extremely frustrated. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Disappointing holiday order experience

I placed an order on December 2, 2025, for a Christmas gift, and it still hasn't arrived. I've made several attempts to track it, receiving just one response from the support team. They promised expedited shipping, yet my order remains missing. Don't waste your time or money. I will not be ordering from this service again.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've been trying to reach someone about a missing item for a week. There's no way to talk to a real person. If you purchase from this business and encounter an issue, DON'T EXPECT ANY HELP 😡.

Almost two weeks without updates...

I'm nearing two weeks without any shipping updates, and it's day three of being unable to contact anyone from customer support. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It shouldn't take over two weeks for an order to ship, with no tracking number and no one available to assist. If you order from this service, you might have a 50/50 chance of receiving your items.

Great products, terrible service

Great products, but the service is horrible. I love the clothing and brand. Last year, I placed a large order, and part of it never arrived. Getting help from customer service is a complete joke. I hoped it would be better this year, but I placed a smaller order, and once again, items were missing. The only way to contact them is via email. They asked for pictures of my order slip, which I sent, but then they wanted pictures of the items I received, which were already wrapped and under the tree. This was not just a few items. After going through this last year and receiving no help for months, I've decided I won't waste my time and money again. The product is great, but it's not worth the trouble.
