However, I've been having a problem lately with the Heali Kiwi not working like it used to.I reached out to their team explaining my problem & heard back within a few hours. The representative was so kind and asked me several questions about my hair type and needs — then created a free order for 3 mini bars based on what I said!I really just wanted advice or answers to my questions, so this made me feel like the rep went above & beyond to help me find products that work.Customer service is integral to brand loyalty — and I appreciate it so much!
