I have used Ethique products for several years, after realizing how many plastic bottles our family was “recycling” every year. We love the quality of the shampoos, conditioners and body washes.Great customer service! They go above and beyond. Earlier this year, the had a sale through a third party. One of my regular products was out of stock on day one. I emailed Ethique lamenting my situation. Mostly to let them know. However they responded with a special link to their website offering me the same discount.
While the company values and environmental impact are fantastic, the brand refresh is disappointing. Significant changes made to existing formulations in addition to the discontinuation of their minis (ideal for discovering which product works best for you) makes it hard for customers to find the right bars.I've purchased this brand regularly for years, but was only just made aware of the refresh recently when I visited their website.Given the number of other brands in the solid product space with similar values and environmental impact, I hope this was the right choice for this company.
I’ve been using the Ethique bars for 3 months and I am a total convert to shampoo and conditioner bars. I was most skeptical about conditioner bars but these work like a dream. There is definitely a slight change in hair washing technique when I moved to bars but it was easy. I think the company ethos and brand is great, I contacted their customer services with a question about which bars would be best for my hair type and they were so helpful. The best customer service I’ve had from a company in a long while. Highly, highly recommend them.
Customer service is great!!! I've been using Ethique bars for quite a while and absolutely love them! However, I've been having a problem lately with the Heali Kiwi not working like it used to.I reached out to their team explaining my problem & heard back within a few hours. The representative was so kind and asked me several questions about my hair type and needs — then created a free order for 3 mini bars based on what I said!I really just wanted advice or answers to my questions, so this made me feel like the rep went above & beyond to help me find products that work.Customer service is integral to brand loyalty — and I appreciate it so much!
