I've found individual products hit-and-miss, some I've really liked, others not. But that's totally normal for toiletries, people have different skin and hair types, as well as different preferences for fragrances etc. But the minis Ethique do are a perfect way to try different products to find what works for you. And as small, light-weight solid bars they're perfect for travel too! But everything I've tried (~15 products) has been good quality, even if some weren't right for me. So I have no hesitation in recommending people try them. The less disposable plastic we all use, the better! They also plant trees and donate to charity with every purchase. But I really want to shout out their customer service, which is second-to-none. They stand-by their product guarantee, refunding or replacing things you don't like. They're usually quick to respond to emails, and very helpful. I've been genuinely impressed, and that's a big factor in deciding where to shop.
