Most bad experience with Ethnic by outfitters. They have zero customer service manners. Their dealing toward customer is totally unprofessional. Specifically for customers living abroad. They have no refund and cancelation policy. And you can't expect any support and proper answer from them. Company hire professional employees to attract customer but their employees are doing their best to lose the quality customers. I will advice my whole family not to deal with ethnic. Even what I brought from them was waste of money and disappointment at the end. And I faced so much distress to place order from abroad.
