Kids' tops should incorporate buttons or be appropriately sized for comfort. It's perplexing how such a basic design flaw can occur. Don't they test their products before finalization? I bought a kurta for my 3-year-old, and her head couldn't fit through the small opening that lacked buttons. It's quite frustrating.

Children's tops should include buttons or be designed with larger openings to ensure easy wear. It's hard to comprehend how such a basic error happens in product design. Terrible support experience

I had a terrible experience with customer support after returning two outfits. They falsely claimed one had marks, but I had proof it didn't. They called to confirm a refund for both items, but only processed the refund for the cheaper one. If I could rate them zero stars, I would advise against purchasing outfits online from this company.

Disappointing experience at the store

I had a very disappointing experience at the store. I received damaged items, and when I sought an exchange, the staff informed me that I could only exchange at the original location. This policy was not mentioned on the receipt, which is misleading. When I asked for assistance due to the different branch, the staff became rude and unhelpful. It's disheartening to see such inflexible policies from a well-known brand. I hope management addresses this issue to improve customer service, as this treatment can drive loyal customers away.

Company is unreliable

This company is completely unreliable. I ordered one parcel, and they sent me two of the same item. When I called, the operator said they couldn’t refund me but offered a voucher instead. This company is a rip-off.

Disappointing product quality

I purchased an outfit for £50, and it arrived ripped. The quality of the fabric was subpar, making it see-through. For a company that claims to cater to a specific culture, I wonder what they were thinking. If I wore this in a cultural setting, it would be unacceptable. The stitching was poor, and I will not buy from them again.

Avoid this company

Steer clear of this company. They claimed my package was lost and denied a refund until I threatened legal action, at which point they suddenly 'found' it. The clothes are of poor quality and see-through, and their practices lack integrity. Very disappointing from start to finish.

Extremely poor ordering experience

This is the worst place to order from. They claimed delivery would be through a reputable service but then handed my package to another company that kept changing the delivery schedule. They removed an item from my order for quality reasons but still charged me for it. After 15 days, I have not received a refund and am still waiting for my package.
