I ordered a towel bar in October but never received an order confirmation and had to reach out to ensure my order was acknowledged. I was informed there would be a 6–8 week delivery time, which wasn't clearly stated at the time of purchase. After 8 weeks without any updates, I followed up again and was told it would arrive by mid-January. January came and went with no product. The estimate was then pushed to mid-February. Each delay was only communicated after I reached out; there were no proactive updates, no shipment details, and no tracking information—just shifting timelines. When I finally requested to cancel, they offered a discount if I waited longer, which I declined in favor of a refund. Delays can occur, but the lack of communication and unmet promises are unacceptable, especially for a high-priced, so-called “designer” item. I will not be ordering again.
