A bunch of scammers.First they denied that I had made a booking even after documenting the payment had gone through their website. Suddenly two days before my travel they sent me a hotel voucher. It was not possible for me to cancel the hotel booking because I received the hotel voucher after the deadline for the cancellation had passed.They call them the national carier og the UAE. It seems as if it is the national career of a failed State!!!Their staff need training in customer service and a reshuffle!!!!
