Etisalat- marina mall.If I could give 0 stars I would have done it. We took out a telephone subscription there 2 weeks ago. We were told that we had to come back because something had gone wrong. When we came back another man said there was nothing wrong. Then our numbers were suddenly blocked and we couldn’t do anything anymore. We went back. We were inside for 45 minutes and we were definitely not well helped. Johannes would help us, that’s what we came for. He definitely didn’t help us right away. He helped 3 people mixed up and we had to wait every time. When we asked Yassmin, we were not helped either. She was too busy on her phone. Then we asked Khaleb if he could help us, he came for 1 minute and then went to take a break in the middle of the help. He suddenly walked away. Long story short, worst experience I’ve had with phones and subscriptions. If I had known this, I certainly would not have come to etisalat.
