I am extremely disappointed with Etisalat’s handling of a prepaid refund.AED 5,000 was deducted from my account, the refund was sent to an incorrect IBAN, and I was repeatedly given incorrect information by chat support stating the issue was resolved when my bank confirmed no incoming transaction.My ticket was closed without contact, I waited over 20 days, and I incurred additional costs due to the delay.This experience shows poor internal coordination and lack of accountability. I hope Etisalat seriously improves its refund and customer support processes.
