I have a UAE mobile - used for my UAE banking. Etisalat credited my 1799AED due to overcharge. This credit was used for line rental When i was abroad. The phone would receive off text message. I didnt realise credit had run out and line was blocked/discontinued, To enable. I must visit a shop in UAE. This is ridiculous ... a flight to UAE to re-enable phone. Despite all the tech pretence.. the firm relies on face2face.The bank needs me to visit its own ATM.. to change mobile number.
