we have raised a complaint for additional charges on messegers which we never sent. The agents offered numerous call backs. on speaking to supervisor after 15 days, he said he is escalating the complaint and this was what the very first agent who spoke to us said. No resolution yet !!! And to port out, they need 3 days.
