If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a case on April 22nd, and right after my order was accepted, I received a message saying it would ship on May 5th. No problem there. However, after that, I received one email on May 7th stating it had shipped, and then complete silence. The tracking showed it was in transit without an estimated delivery date. A few days ago, I contacted the service, and they informed me there was a delivery issue, and they sent it back to Australia. If I want my order, I need to pay for delivery again. This is entirely unacceptable. The least they could do is inform me of the issue so I could potentially resolve it without paying twice. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t reached out myself; would my package have been forgotten?
