I would give zero stars if that were an option. I ordered a bag for my sister's Christmas gift in November, and it took a month to arrive. To make matters worse, the initials were incorrect! I’ve sent multiple emails but have not received any response. It’s extremely frustrating; I recommend shopping elsewhere!

I ordered several items from the website. The first two were fine, but the pebble color is misleading! They market it as a light warm grey/beige, but it is actually dark grey. DO NOT BE FOOLED. They also denied a refund when I pointed out the misleading advertising. In today's world, it's easy to represent colors accurately online. They are being deceitful and they know it.
I ordered my makeup bag (Mini Vanity Case) on June 7th, and it shipped on June 9th. I received my package today, right on schedule according to the estimated delivery from Australia to Denmark. It’s exactly what I envisioned, and it maintains its shape exceptionally well. I highly recommend it, and I'm already thinking about ordering another one for my skincare items.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a case on April 22nd, and right after my order was accepted, I received a message saying it would ship on May 5th. No problem there. However, after that, I received one email on May 7th stating it had shipped, and then complete silence. The tracking showed it was in transit without an estimated delivery date. A few days ago, I contacted the service, and they informed me there was a delivery issue, and they sent it back to Australia. If I want my order, I need to pay for delivery again. This is entirely unacceptable. The least they could do is inform me of the issue so I could potentially resolve it without paying twice. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t reached out myself; would my package have been forgotten?
Terrible customer service and quality. My bag became defective after less than a month. I provided full proof and description to the support team, and they essentially told me it wasn’t their problem. An £80 bag should not be of such poor quality, and the customer service is completely unacceptable. Avoid buying!
