Absolutely terrible checking account!!!!! I opened the checking account and had 3 transactions (direct deposit from my work, a transfer to my checking account at another bank, and a Venmo to pay my rent). They froze my account and flagged all three transactions as suspected fraud. I have had to provide a ton of documents to prove that these were legitimate transactions and now a month later the account is still frozen. I've called every day to try to get it opened and it is always some other department that still needs to do their part to get the account functional again. I want to close this account as soon as they unfreeze it and I can pull all my money out (they'll probably freeze that as fraud too) SMH This bank is the worst! First bank to not let you deposit or withdraw funds. It's useless.
