ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE – STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. This was by far the worst transportation experience I've ever had. We booked a minibus, but they sent a tiny car instead. My wife is 7.5 months pregnant, and this was completely unacceptable. At 11 PM, we stood outside in Cancún for 45 minutes waiting for them to finally arrive in that tiny car we never ordered. Their vehicle broke down on the highway, leaving us stranded on the side of the road. We later discovered this service is notorious for not paying their drivers on time, and nothing about their operation seems professional. They misled us multiple times about the pick-up time and even fabricated a “strike” that forced us to be picked up six hours earlier than necessary. Total deception. The streets and airport were clear, and everything was normal. This service is the worst in the area—unreliable, dishonest, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. DO NOT book with them. Ever. This was genuinely the worst experience we've ever encountered.
