ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE – STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. This was by far the worst transportation experience I've ever had. We booked a minibus, but they sent a tiny car instead. My wife is 7.5 months pregnant, and this was completely unacceptable. At 11 PM, we stood outside in Cancún for 45 minutes waiting for them to finally arrive in that tiny car we never ordered. Their vehicle broke down on the highway, leaving us stranded on the side of the road. We later discovered this service is notorious for not paying their drivers on time, and nothing about their operation seems professional. They misled us multiple times about the pick-up time and even fabricated a “strike” that forced us to be picked up six hours earlier than necessary. Total deception. The streets and airport were clear, and everything was normal. This service is the worst in the area—unreliable, dishonest, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. DO NOT book with them. Ever. This was genuinely the worst experience we've ever encountered.

Their tactic is to take your money upfront, provide friendly communication until your flight lands, and then fail to send a driver, ignoring your calls and disappearing. They also refuse to refund the return trip, citing their non-existent terms and conditions. There are plenty of options for airport transfers, so steer clear of this service.

The confirmation email instructed me to meet at their designated point outside the airport—yet no one was there. After calling their representative, I was told to take a taxi instead (which cost me $150). They also claimed I would be refunded at the hotel, which turned out to be a complete lie. After speaking with others, I discovered this is a common scam they run on tourists. DO NOT book anything through this service. Opt for a reputable transfer company instead—this one will take your money and leave you stranded.
I scheduled a round trip service from the airport to my resort for this past September. Upon arriving, I was told that no van would be available for several hours. This was unacceptable, so I opted for a cab instead. I later contacted them, and they apologized and promised to refund my money. However, ten weeks have passed, and despite numerous follow-up calls, nothing has been done. I suspect they are hoping I will give up so they can keep my money. I'm frustrated enough to keep pursuing this. Bottom line: be cautious when using this service, as you may not receive the service you paid for and may have to fight for a refund.
We made a reservation with a free cancellation policy (full refund) if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. We canceled over 48 hours beforehand, yet I'm still waiting for the refund. Customer service informed me that the refund would be processed within 20–30 days at most. It's now been 90 days, and I have yet to see any refund.
This service deserves no stars! DO NOT USE IT! First, they charged me twice for one booking. Then I never received the service because the agent at the airport left when my flight was delayed an hour! We had to take another taxi. I've tried contacting the service for a refund through emails and calls, but no one answers. They even use PayPal despite having no connection to them. Overall, I've lost over $140. It seems impossible to get my money back!
We reserved transportation to our resort and prepaid months in advance. It was a great rate—apparently too good to be true. Upon landing, they canceled our reservation and offered to transport us one way at a rate higher than what we had already paid for the round trip. We were left stranded at the airport. There were plenty of transport options available, but none at the rate we had initially set up with them. Save yourself the hassle and book with someone else.
I would give a ZERO! Avoid this service. We booked a pick-up from the hotel with flight information for 7 PM, and they sent a confirmation with the time. They later claimed it was supposed to be in military time, but the confirmation didn’t specify AM or PM, basically saying we missed the shuttle and good luck. I'm still fighting for a refund.
