I scheduled a round trip service from the airport to my resort for this past September. Upon arriving, I was told that no van would be available for several hours. This was unacceptable, so I opted for a cab instead. I later contacted them, and they apologized and promised to refund my money. However, ten weeks have passed, and despite numerous follow-up calls, nothing has been done. I suspect they are hoping I will give up so they can keep my money. I'm frustrated enough to keep pursuing this. Bottom line: be cautious when using this service, as you may not receive the service you paid for and may have to fight for a refund.
