We made a reservation with a free cancellation policy (full refund) if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. We canceled over 48 hours beforehand, yet I'm still waiting for the refund. Customer service informed me that the refund would be processed within 20–30 days at most. It's now been 90 days, and I have yet to see any refund.
