We reserved transportation to our resort and prepaid months in advance. It was a great rate—apparently too good to be true. Upon landing, they canceled our reservation and offered to transport us one way at a rate higher than what we had already paid for the round trip. We were left stranded at the airport. There were plenty of transport options available, but none at the rate we had initially set up with them. Save yourself the hassle and book with someone else.
