I would give a ZERO! Avoid this service. We booked a pick-up from the hotel with flight information for 7 PM, and they sent a confirmation with the time. They later claimed it was supposed to be in military time, but the confirmation didn’t specify AM or PM, basically saying we missed the shuttle and good luck. I'm still fighting for a refund.
