I wanted to take the TOEFL essentials home-edition and the software crashed immediately as the test begun. The proctor said he couldn't restart the test and to contact ets for further advice. They didn't properly answer to my e-mails demanding for a reimbursement of my 120$. It's a scam! Look for another Language-Certification Service.
