If I could give a Zero I would have. I ordered an item mid April. When it didn't ship for 2weeks I contacted the seller. His name is Jean-François Beaudoin. He said it would ship in 10 days. When it didn't ship, I sent another email asking for a refund as the item was for an event that now will not get here in time.Jean-François Beaudoin is now ignoring my emails asking for a refund. I cannot do anything about it until another 2 weeks through etsy. So Jean-François Beaudoin has my money for over a month before I can fight to get it back. Terrible customer service, because there is none. No one you can talk to.
