Too Many Issues with Sellers

I appreciate some of the sellers, which is why I give it 2 stars. However, I’m tired of reverse image searches to find the same items on other platforms. The service should vet its sellers; customers shouldn’t have to do that. If I find something I like, I’ll start going directly to the seller’s website instead.

Shipping Costs Disappointing

Many products are beautiful and worth the price, but the shipping costs being equal to the item's price is extremely disappointing. I won’t be shopping here anymore; it's just not worth it. Better to buy local!

Frustrating Experience with Customer Service

1- Customer service is abysmal; in 7 years, they have never resolved any of my issues. 2- They take 25-30% of sales and hardly promote my items. They want me to pay extra for better visibility, yet my items don’t show up. 3- They treat sellers poorly, avoiding responsibilities like minimum wage or benefits. 4- They have stopped promoting sellers from my country due to tariffs, even though we prepay all duties. 5- The Star Seller program seems rigged against Canadian sellers, making it impossible to qualify. I reached out for help, but they refused to assist.

Disappointing Support Experience

I bought an expensive rug believing I was covered by the platform's support, but that wasn't the case. The rug was faulty, and only the supplier replaced it. After weeks of communication with the support team, they closed my case, claiming the item was used. I feel misled and will not trust their protection policies again.

Poorly Organized Platform

The website is disorganized and the service is extremely poor. It's nearly impossible to reach customer support. There’s no contact number or person available. I tried to cancel an order within two hours, but the seller refused, and I received no help. This experience has been terrible, and I plan to report it.
