Recently, I made a sale after months, but after fees and ad costs, I was left with only £0.60 and had to cover shipping myself. The ad fees are due monthly, yet they deduct fees beforehand. Customer service is lacking; there’s no direct contact available. When I reached out, responses were either delayed or nonexistent. After receiving a low review due to a buyer's oversight, my ratings were adjusted unfairly, highlighting the worst reviews instead of a balanced view. Despite having numerous sales and positive feedback, my shop's visibility has been harmed. The platform once supported handmade items but now favors larger sellers, and I fear it’s losing its essence.
