Disappointing Warranty Replacement Experience

I'm shocked at how many are frustrated with this company. I sent my watch in for a warranty replacement, including all original packaging and charger. After waiting, I received a replacement in a plastic bag with no charger or box, and the straps were detached. This is unacceptable for a product that cost a significant amount. I've been without a functional device for weeks, which has caused me a lot of stress. The lack of communication is even more frustrating—I've emailed multiple times with no reply. I expected far better and am still waiting for a proper replacement. I hope this review catches someone's attention, as the service has been incredibly poor.
