I highly recommend avoiding this seller. If you're interested in their products, it's better to order from a well-known platform where returns and refunds are hassle-free. I bought a strap, and after a week, it malfunctioned. I reached out to the support team, who provided minimal troubleshooting advice. Eventually, after persistent requests for a refund, they gave me a return address but required me to cover the return shipping costs, promising to 'refund' that amount, which I doubt will happen. It's been a week since I sent the item back, and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm now considering a chargeback through my bank. Avoid Direct Online Purchases

It's best not to purchase directly from them online; use a reliable platform instead. Returns through that platform are straightforward, while returning directly to the company is a nightmare. I've sent five emails with no response, and all I want is to return an unwanted order. I should have heeded the warnings in other reviews about dealing directly with them. I might just sell the item through an online marketplace and take the loss.
