Watch battery failed

Watch battery failedMy new amazefit t Rex pro watch was my first smart watch but the battery failed 9 months in. I sent it to the repair shop under warranty and they sent it back with a new battery a couple of months later. Less than 6 months after having the watch fixed it has failed again. The watch shuts down a few times a day and it also shuts down if you touch the screen. When it isn't shutting down the battery drains in a few hours. The only way to get the watch back on is to plug it into the charger. Custom service got back to me by email after I explained the issue and said that they use a lot of power ect. I emailed them again and made my point clearer that the watch has lasted less than 18 months and that for a watch of that price I would expect a few years out of it and that it should probably last longer than my sons $5 Kmart watch that he has had for 3 years. I asked for a refund or replacement but never heard back from them again. I WOULD NOT BUY A AMAZEFIT WATCH AGAIN. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A BETTER BRANDED WATCH. THIS WATCH WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
