I bought a luxury perfume for €270, and the experience has been shocking. The sprayer was defective upon arrival, and a part of the packaging fell off, which is unacceptable for such a high-priced item. When I contacted customer service, instead of addressing the defect, they asked for photos of the packaging, which I no longer had since it was a gift. Their requirement for proof of packaging is unreasonable and not in line with consumer rights. This experience was extremely disappointing, and it’s not what I expect from a luxury brand. I won’t recommend them or shop here again.
