I made my first purchase through their website, and it was a terrible experience as they sent a defective lipstick. I called immediately upon receiving it, and they assured me it would be resolved quickly, but a week later, I’m still waiting. I am very dissatisfied. I’m left with a faulty lipstick, and my money feels wasted. I have no intention of shopping here again due to their lack of trustworthiness.
I have never encountered such poor customer service. After being a customer for 10 years without issues, I finally needed support this year. The first time I wore my shoes, they broke! I contacted them, and they said repairs would take weeks due to a factory shutdown. Now, months later, I’m still waiting for my shoes. I’ve been trying to change the shipping address for days with no success. For such a high price, I expected much better service. When I asked for compensation for my long wait, they said it wasn’t possible, yet they send packages to influencers regularly but ignore their paying customers.
This feedback is for the outlet location. I visited on Black Friday with my family, including my pregnant wife, and it was a frustrating experience. We waited in the cold for over two hours but never got inside. It was disheartening to see staff allowing others to enter ahead of those who had been waiting. This lack of organization was unacceptable. We ultimately left without entering, along with other frustrated customers. Management needs to improve how they handle customer flow or they risk losing more customers.
I bought a luxury perfume for €270, and the experience has been shocking. The sprayer was defective upon arrival, and a part of the packaging fell off, which is unacceptable for such a high-priced item. When I contacted customer service, instead of addressing the defect, they asked for photos of the packaging, which I no longer had since it was a gift. Their requirement for proof of packaging is unreasonable and not in line with consumer rights. This experience was extremely disappointing, and it’s not what I expect from a luxury brand. I won’t recommend them or shop here again.
