I had place an order for my husband’s birthday and the shoes were supposed to be delivered on the 16th of September. They ‘apparently delivered’ them but as i was at home no one came and they did require a signature to be handled the shoes. No one signed from my behalf neither did i , but still they insist that the shoes were delivered. To whom was it delivered it’s a mystery! I am still waiting for the shoes to be found or to be refunded my money. I haven’t heard anything for some time now. 795 euros is no small amount for a pair of shoes just to let go! Such a bad experience from christian Louboutin and i will NEVER buy again from not recommend anyone to go through the same situation as me. Just to be noted : i had received another package from Hermes and it was indeed delivered in hand with my signature on the same very day that Christian Louboutin claimed to have handed the shoe box to me! I had been home the whole day but no one gave me anything.Such a pity that my husband’s gift couldn’t be handed to him nor the special message i wrote to him inside.
