I purchased a hoodie from Element Brand on 14th August. I was told it was dispatched on 18th August. It is now 2nd September and I have not received the item. I have emailed the company twice and they do not bother to reply. It states on the DPD website that they have received the 'information' of the parcel, but no parcel. There is no telephone number to even contact this company - I wonder why. They took my money 13 days ago and I have no way of contacting them to even get it back. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious and I would not recommend this company to anyone. This item was for a birthday present for my son at the end of September, I am not holding out much hope to have received it by then.
