Completely unacceptable experience with these shoes.

Completely unacceptable experience. I spent over $100 on these shoes and they broke within just 5 days of normal use. This isn’t wear and tear — it’s a clear indication of poor quality. When I returned to express my concerns and request a refund, the company refused to take responsibility and claimed it wasn’t their fault. How is it the customer's fault if a shoe fails in less than a week? There’s a lack of accountability and the customer service was dreadful. If you value your money, steer clear. Overpriced, low-quality products from a company that doesn’t support its offerings.

This experience was completely unacceptable. I spent over $100 on these shoes, and they broke after just 5 days of normal use. That’s not wear and tear — it’s clearly poor quality. When I returned to complain and request a refund, the company refused and claimed it wasn’t their fault. How is a shoe breaking in less than a week the customer's fault? There’s zero accountability and the customer service is terrible. If you value your money, avoid this place. Overpriced, low-quality products and a company that won’t support what they sell.

Awful customer service.

I ordered a batch of products in August, split into two shipments. The first arrived without issues. However, the second delivery for two long sleeve t-shirts was delayed, and I received a notification stating it had been delivered while I was out. I returned home to find no parcel and no sign of it anywhere. I promptly notified the company, and after persistent follow-ups, they finally sent me a form to initiate an investigation with the carrier. I haven’t heard back from either the company or the carrier, and it’s now the end of October—three months since I placed the order. Terrible customer service.

Excellent experience with friendly people!

I took my daughter to find shoes, and we discovered a pair we liked but not in her size, so I planned to order them online. Initially, I saw the reviews and they weren’t great, but I decided to go ahead and order. They arrived on time in excellent condition, complete with a handwritten note. I have no complaints.

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent; I’ve been trying to get a response for three weeks. My t-shirts are way too big (there’s no sizing information on the website). A return should be straightforward, right? Not at all. My order number isn’t in my account or recognized when I try to arrange the return. I’ve attempted multiple contact methods, but no one replies. It’s infuriating. Do yourself a favor and don’t order directly; it’s not worth the hassle.

Decline in quality

I used to regularly buy t-shirts from this company, and they were a good fit and quality. Recently, however, I made an order and noticed a significant decline in quality. The material weight has decreased, and poorer stitching methods are evident. The fit might be acceptable for medium sizes, but other sizes look odd.

Regret not checking reviews first!

I wish I had seen the reviews first! I CANNOT RECOMMEND this company AT ALL. Firstly, their address system fails to recognize my address, which means it’s hit or miss if the courier knows where to deliver. They’ve made no effort to fix this. Secondly, I received a beige hoody with permanent marks and writing on the hood. I applied for customer support right after receiving the parcel (after much effort) and was told it would take two weeks; that was a month ago! I’ve messaged again, and now I only get automated replies asking me to refrain from making multiple requests. No real help, just hoping I’d go away. The takeaway? Avoid this company; they don’t care about customers at any stage. A true embarrassment.

Website issues persist

The company’s US website has been 'under maintenance' for over a year, and the UK, France, and other country sites do not ship internationally. I emailed the company regarding their 'under maintenance' notice to inquire when it would be operational again. That was a week ago, and I’ve received no response. I’ve also reached out via LinkedIn, left comments, and nothing. It’s concerning when they make it difficult for customers to purchase items.

Inability to process orders

They are unable to dispatch and process orders. There’s no support, just an AI chat that prevents you from obtaining information or lodging a complaint. Their online shop is an absolute mess. A real joke!
