their products are very good, but their finance department is a mess. I placed an order on January 5th and requested a refund. Not only did they not refund me, they created a second charge for the same amount I should have been refunded. On the same day, they canceled the charge, but guess what?? they considered this charge cancellation as my refund! I sent them ( as per their request) lots of screenshots of my credit card statement and they said they saw them but they couldn't find the second charge (the one they canceled) in their system and told me to contact paypal. in short they said I was in charge of sorting out the mess they made. this is confusing and dishonest to say the least. facetheory simply stole 44.72 euros from me.
